Shipping Info

If there is any question about the age of a person placing an order, we will require a valid drivers' license be faxed to us. Because of the seriousness of only selling to persons over 21 years of age, we reserve the right to refuse an order from anybody at anytime for any reason. Thank you in advance for your understanding!

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, military addresses, or overseas. Shipping costs are calculated by weight and size. We reserve the right to delay shipments for product protection and quality control with regards to weather conditions, and/or any other unforeseen circumstances.

Regarding shipping charges, keep in mind that alcohol deliveries require an adult (21 and over) signature, and there is an additional fee for this service.

All goods purchased from our store are property of the buyer from the point of shipper pickup and during transit to the buyer. We are providing a service to the customer by setting up shipping arrangements on their behalf. See our damaged product section on how to file a claim on products damaged during shipping.

The buyer is solely responsible for the shipment of beer and wine purchased, including the legality of shipping alcohol to their state and any possible tax/duties that may be imposed by their state.

We will charge your credit card after we carefully review your order and determine accuracy and availability. Please provide the matching billing address for the credit card to be used. Otherwise, the order cannot be processed.

Our shipping companies will attempt delivery 3 times. After the 3rd attempt, the order will be returned to us and we must charge a 15% restock fee. All shipping charges are NON - REFUNDABLE

Our products are packaged in custom made, inflated bladder lined boxes that have been approved for shipment by all major delivery companies.

There is no minimal order, but the relative shipping charges go down as the order gets larger.

The easiest and best place for delivery is at a business address, like your workplace.

Unfortunately, we are NOT able to deliver products containing alcohol to AK, TX, MD, MA, MS, PA, and UT.

But keep in mind, we will happily ship our Bulldog Beer and Wine merchandise and other non-alcoholic products to our valued customers in the above mentioned states.

Processing your order will take a few days. Our shipping estimator is as accurate as possible. On occasion, shipping charges will be off slightly.

We reserve the right to contact you before shipment to go over and handle any shipping cost issues.

Return Policies

Bulldog Beer and Wine greatly values its online customers. We pride ourselves in customer relations, and ensure their satisfaction with our great products and excellent service. If you are unsatisfied with your order in any way, please either e-mail us or call us at 828-865-WOOF(9663). To help us solve your problem, please give us your order number and a reason for your dissatisfaction. One of staff will quickly respond and make every possible effort to solve your problem. For any returns not caused by our error, we must impose a 10% processing fee on orders paid for by credit in order to recoup transaction and overhead costs. We also do not accept any returns after 30 days.
